Before services begin, clients review and electronically sign the following documents:
- Credit Repair Service Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Repair Action
- Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
- Notice of Right to Cancel
The services we perform may include:
Creditbull Solutions LLC provides administrative and educational services related to consumer credit reporting. Services may include:
- Review of client-provided credit reports from consumer reporting agencies to identify items that may be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or obsolete
- Preparation and submission of dispute correspondence to consumer reporting agencies and, when applicable, data furnishers, based on client authorization
- Guidance on documentation and next steps related to the credit-reporting process
- Organization and tracking of correspondence and responses received from consumer reporting agencies
- Client support and status updates via secure portal, email, phone, or scheduled virtual meetings during normal business hours
- Important: Creditbull Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, deletions, score increases, or timelines. Accurate and verifiable information cannot legally be removed.
Fees are described in the Client Agreement and billed in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Clients have the unconditional right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing for any reason, without penalty or obligation, as outlined in the Notice of Right to Cancel.
